SLO SKIERS is San Luis Obispo's premier ski, sports and social club.

We seek the snow during the winter with numerous weekend and weeklong trips to resorts in California as well as out of state. You don't have to be an expert skier or even ski to join in the fun. Some SLO SKIERS are just learning, others enjoy snow boarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and other activities on trips. And we all enjoy relaxing at the lodge!

Our activities continue year-round with hikes, bike rides, wiine festivals, lake and river rafting trips, and more! Find out about current activities in Turtle Gazette newsletters and on our Calendar and MeetUp site, or call Lauren at 905-636-0477 for more information. Many of our members also participate in additional activities sponsored by the Far West Ski Association and the Central Council of California ski clubs.

We welcome you to attend a meeting. Our meetings are a great way for those interested in joining the club to become acquainted with current members and to hear about upcoming events.

SLO SKIERS normally meet on the first Wednesday of each month in San Luis Obispo at the Elks Lodge, 222 Elks Lane, San Luis Obispo. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. with an optional social hour (and no-host dinner to order) begininng at 6:30 p.m..

Additional meetings are sometimes held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. These meetings are typically ski trip planning/special events/activities at various locations around the county. Check the Calendar for times and locations.

Come on out and join us.

As SLO SKIERS, we are also members of the Far West Ski Association and the Central Council of California Ski Clubs.
