SLO SKIERS is San Luis Obispo's premier ski, sports and social club.

We seek the snow during the winter with numerous weekend and weeklong trips to resorts in California as well as out of state.  You don't have to be an expert skier to join in the fun.  Some SLO SKIERS are just learning, others enjoy snow boarding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.  We all enjoy relaxing at the lodge!

Our activities continue year-round with hikes, bike rides, wine festivals, lake trips, river rafting trips, volleyball and more!  Find out about current activities in Turtle Gazette newsletters and on our Calendar, or call Lauren at 805-636-0477 for more information. And sign up on our Mailing List to receive emails about our trips and activities. Many of our members also participate in additional activities sponsored by the Far West Ski Association and the Central Council of California Ski Clubs.

SLO SKIERS meet on the first Wednesday of each month in San Luis Obispo at the Elks Lodge, 222 Elks Lane, San Luis Obispo.  The meeting is from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm with an optional social hour (and no-host dinner to order) from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Additional meetings are sometimes held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. These meetings are typically ski trip planning/special events/activities at various locations around the county.  Check the Calendar for times and locations.

Nov. 22 -- Pray For Snow Dinner/Dance

Dec. 13 -- Christmas Party

(See the latest Turtle Gazette and/or the Calendar for more information.)

We welcome you to attend a meeting.  Our meetings are a great way for those interested in joining the club to become acquainted with current members and to hear about upcoming events.

Come on out and join us.

As SLO SKIERS, we are also members of the Far West Ski Association and the Central Council of California Ski Clubs.
